Everything was amazing. It was so helpful to be in the tower with condo-like amenities such as a kitchen (to save time and money on eating/drinking) and a washer/dryer (lessens the amount of clothes to pack for the flight). Parking was self-park and for what it was it was very convenient. If you are comfortable with driving a large vehicle you will have no problems. But be aware, if you are new to driving larger/longer cars or SUVs, some of the turns are a little tight. If you park on the correct side of the self parking structure, there is direct elevator access to the Waikikian interior lobby. To have access to all of the different pools throughout this whole complex was a great perk. I believe there are close to 6 pools throughout the whole property for each respective tower. The lagoon was such a great thing to have access to because it made it so easy to entertain the kids with a beach-like experience without having the same "parental" worries when playing at a beach with waves and currents. The Rainbow Bazaar was so easy to get to, although a bit of a walk due to how massive the entire property is. In addition, having a Louis Vuitton store definitely bumped up the luxurious feel. The small shops and restaurants were a delight to have when you didn't want to trek to the offsite retail stores/malls. Staff were extremely helpful. We tried to take full advantage of everyones' services to enrich our stay and to justify the cost of staying so long at such a property. I only hope the corporate "overlords" do not mess with staffing and access to services unless they drop the price by a LOT.

The condo was spacious and clean. It had a great kitchen with everything you would need. The beds were comfortable. This property is walking distance to many restaurants and shops and there are also plenty of restaurants to chose from on-site. The lagoon is a nice option for calm water to float on a raft in or to use peddle bikes.

Aimee

The complex is a little dated but kept in very good condition. Extremely clean and daily housekeeping was of a very high standard. The Hilton lagoon was loved by the children. The apartment we stayed in was well set up and very comfortable - full kitchen and modern washer and dryer.

Claire

excellent rooms, and the slide pool was great for the grandkids. The village was great. Aoki restaurant accommodated all 20 of us and the food and service was to die for. The pictures taken were amazing and what a great place for memories and fun.

Mary

That everything was super convenient. With my elderly parents it was easy to get around and the restaurants were only a short walk away. And we loved the 8th floor hospitality room. It’s nice when you have a late flight home.
